I've hit a cookbook jackpot. Delicious, easy food that also promises to aid me in my quest to slim down for the dress (#weddingtalk). Self Magazine's new Drop 10 Cookbook has been the champion of my cookbook holder the past three weeks and I don't see it bring relegated to the shelf anytime soon.
Since getting my copy I've made the (clockwise from top right):
Green Tea Chocolate Chip Smoothies
Chicken-Fried Flank Steak over Creamy Artichokes with Yogurt and Parmesan (even though it looks "well-done" it was fantastic and completely my own fault that it didn't brown properly)
Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken with Gingered Apple Chutney
Chocolate Chunk and Cherry Pancakes (this is actually short one, they just smelled too good)
Orange-Ginger Chicken with Pomegranate Quinoa
Veggie Prosciutto Pizza (it was on this night I discovered, much to my delight, that Rob loves artichokes.)
Next up ... Almond-Butter Chicken Satay.
