Favorite Fall Immunity Boosters
Working through bout 2 of that "seasonal transition" cold. Ugh! So much sinus pressure! I've been trying my best to take it easy and wanted to share a few of the things that I always turn to when I'm feeling under the weather.
Ginger Tea (I simply grate 1-2 tablespoons fresh ginger, I don't even bother to peel it, and set it in a tea infuser. Pour hot water over it and let the ginger steep for a few minutes. Then I strain the tea and add a little honey and a squeeze of lemon. So good!)
Scarves & Hats - big fluffy ones that can also keep my nose warm in a pinch. It's important to keep your neck warm as the temperatures start to dip more and more.
Salt Water (in the form of neti pots and gargling.)
Soup (preferably of the brothy and noodley variety)
