Favorite Fall Immunity Boosters


Working through bout 2 of that "seasonal transition" cold. Ugh! So much sinus pressure! I've been trying my best to take it easy and wanted to share a few of the things that I always turn to when I'm feeling under the weather. Autumn Creek Photo

Ginger Tea (I simply grate 1-2 tablespoons fresh ginger, I don't even bother to peel it, and set it in a tea infuser. Pour hot water over it and let the ginger steep for a few minutes. Then I strain the tea and add a little honey and a squeeze of lemon. So good!)

Scarves & Hats - big fluffy ones that can also keep my nose warm in a pinch. It's important to keep your neck warm  as the temperatures start to dip more and more.

Yoga  (of the restorative variety.) I really like the at-home options on YogaGlo, like this one.

Salt Water (in the form of neti pots and gargling.)

Soup (preferably of the brothy and noodley variety)
