Put some rosemary in that quiche
To be honest, I don't completely remember what was in this quiche that I actually managed to snap some nice photos of. Except for rosemary. I'm guessing that green stuff is kale, and I wouldn't make a quiche without some sauteed onions & garlic, so that's probably in there too. Oh and there's definitely cheese in there because what's a quiche without cheese?
Quiche will forever be one of my favorite dishes. It reminds me 100% of my mother and family dinners. We had this awesome set of dishes that were just made for quiche. Mom's quiche were usually pretty simple, I seem to recall that's how she got us to eat a lot of broccoli.
I actually served a slice of this to my mom one day for lunch and it just felt right.
Why not throw together one of these this weekend? I tend to let Martha Stewart provide my quiche inspiration and then just wing it from there. (And just between us, I didn't make the crust. I've done it before and I'm sure I'll attempt it again, but most of the time I'm perfectly happy with store-bought.)
