Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a Fertility Awareness Practitioner and Health Coach on a mission to help shift how menstruators move through the world.

I’ve been tracking and optimizing my cycle for the past 10 years. This practice has been with me through jobs, marriage, motherhood and everything else life has thrown at me. Now I get to help you incorporate menstrual cycle awareness into your own life.

Periods are not supposed to be a burden and the women/femmes/menstruators of this world were not meant to function in isolation.

Here you will find that magic is welcome. You will find fertility education, cycle coaching, group circles and other resources to help you reclaim your unique well being.

I know that there is no one better equipped to understand your health than you, but I recognize it can be hard to feel empowered when you also feel like you’re in the dark. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t learn how to track my menstrual cycle in health class. I remember learning about cramps and how I’d probably just have to deal with them. I also remember feeling embarrassed when I was the first in my 5th-grade class to get her period. When I was 16 and having horrible cramps, it took very little convincing to get a prescription for birth control from my doctor. Of course, I also didn’t know that the pill wasn’t fixing my period - merely covering up the symptoms which would return when I stopped taking the pill a decade later.

And while I wouldn’t wish a cone biopsy on anyone, the experience did help me discover how food (which I love) can impact hormones, that I could get off of the pill, fix my negative period symptoms and that I was missing out on all the benefits of ovulating every month.
